Clinic Hours:
Regular business hours in the CAMP clinic are Monday-Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-5pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please call during regular business hours if you need to make an appointment or speak with the front office staff. Some individual and group therapy sessions may be conducted outside of regular hours based on the discretion of our clinicians.

Insurance and payment options:
We accept a variety of insurance plans for all licensed providers (Drs. Aponte Rivera, Craighead, Jacob, Ritschel, and Snow). These include most plans for the following companies: Aetna, Blue Cross, Georgia Better Healthcare, Kaiser, and Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) PPO. Popular insurance companies whose plans we usually do not accept include the following: Cigna, Humana, Tricare, and United Healthcare. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check for appointments with licensed providers. Our business manager will contact your insurance company before your first visit to determine whether or not our clinic is covered under your insurance policy. If you are calling CAMP to make an appointment for the first time, please have your insurance information ready.
We do not accept insurance for appointments with postdoctoral fellows at CAMP; however, for these clinicians we offer a sliding fee scale that allows us to set your fee based on your family’s income. For appointments with clinicians on the sliding fee scale (i.e., postdoctoral fellows) we accept cash or check.

Via I-85
Take I-85 toward North Druid Hills (exit 89)
Exit at North Druid Hills (exit 89)
Head southeast on North Druid Hills (turn LEFT if coming from 85S, RIGHT if coming from 85N)
At the second stoplight, turn RIGHT on Briarcliff Rd.
Pass LaVista Rd. and North Decatur Rd.
After you pass North Decatur Rd., you will see a stone wall on your right; this is the wall surrounding the Briarcliff campus About 0.3 miles after you have passed N. Decatur, turn RIGHT into the Emory Briarcliff Campus.
Via I-75
Take I-75 toward Freedom Pkwy (exit 248C)
Exit at Freedom Pkwy (exit 248C)
Merge onto Freedom Pkwy and follow signs toward Emory University
Turn RIGHT on Ponce de Leon Ave
Pass N Highland Ave, then turn LEFT on Briarcliff Rd.
After you pass a road called The By Way, go about 0.3 miles
Turn LEFT into the Emory Briarcliff Campus at 1256 Briarcliff (if you get to N. Decatur, you have gone too far).
What to Do Once You Are on the Briarcliff Campus:
PARKING: Follow the road around the campus to the right and park in Lot D (right in front of the large building). Make sure you park in a space marked “visitor/patient.” l If these spaces are full, park in lot A, the large lot behind lot D that you passed when you first pulled into the campus.
Inside the Building:
When you enter the building from the parking lot, you will be on the second floor. Walk down the main hall until you see the glass atrium in the center. You will see three elevators in that hall. l Take the elevator to the third floor. Turn left out of the elevator, and then make another immediate left, staying in the carpeted area. Come to room 322E, the CAMP (Child and Adolescent Mood Program) waiting room. This room will be on your left and has blue carpet. Check in with the receptionist at the window.
